When you contact us the first thing that we will do is come to your home and discuss your project. We'll offer suggestions from our experience, ask you about the things that you like and take care to understand what you want.

We'll then go away and consider options that will fit with your specification. Within a few days we will provide you with basic drawings and a quote. Where you want us to we will provide you with some design and cost alternatives.

When you have decided on a design we'll agree a start date and we will turn up on that day and stay with you until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

As part of the package, if you wish, we can source plants and basic furniture to your specification.
