This is a waterfront property backing onto a modern purpose built marina.

The client required a level, larger and "softer" area to cover existing paving and sloping gravel.

The decking is of pine and constructed on a treated, sawn timber frame.

The resulting design included the feature stone areas and flush l.e.d. edge lighting to create a comfortable space for relaxing and dining.
